How does it work?

• In Frederick, MD, call 301-695-0247. Or you can use our online form to submit a request for service. We will contact you to set up an initial consultation so we can meet you and your pets. This initial free interview lasts about 30 mins and we use the meeting to obtain all the information we need about your pets an their environment to properly care for them.

We will need to know:

• Your travel plans, flight #'s, contact and emergency phone numbers.

• Medical history of your pet.

• If your pet requires medication, please be sure to provide detailed instructions on the administration of the medication and be sure you leave us enough medication to treat your pet.

• Any behavorial information on your pet, including their daily routine.

• Alarm codes, electronic gate cards, parking garage entry cards/codes and parking permits.

• Two house keys.

A Service Agreement, Veterinary Emergency Treatment Form, Pet History and Ready Key Program** will be filled out and signed at the end of the interview and payment is due in full at that time.
